How can I view your schedule online?
To view our schedule please click here or on the Schedule/Book button above then click on the cruise line and the ship you are sailing on. The schedule will appear after that step.
How do I contact a reservationist?
In Florida, you can contact us directly by calling 800-226-5055. Option 1 will give you reservations for new bookings, questions, reconfirmations or online assistance. Outside of Florida, please call 941-379-7900. Please do not use the "contact us" option for cancellations.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations are fully refundable if cancelled more than 15 days in advance of a departure. Reservations cancelled at 15 days and less prior to a departure are fully non-refundable for any reason.
You can purchase cancellation coverage from Cruise Connection for $5 per person when you make your reservation. This will cover your booking up through 24 hours prior to your departure time for the bus. You can also purchase separate trip insurance through your agent which will generally cover your pre and post trip transfers. Cruise Connection coverage is non-refundable once purchased.
Do you issue discounts for groups? How about a special pickup for my group?
If you navigate to the Rates page, then to "Click Here for Group Rates", you will see a list of rates according to city of departure and size. We do offer deviations for groups of 20-29 for an additional $10 per person, roundtrip.
Special stops are inclusive for groups of more than 30 passengers. At 46 passengers, the group constitutes a private bus. Cruise Connection reserves the right to load other passengers on coaches with groups smaller than 46 passengers.
Do I need a ticket to board the bus?
No. Cruise Connection operates a ticket less travel system.
Each passenger is manifested and checked in by the driver from every stop location. You do not need a
ticket to board however, when you book online, you will receive a confirmation of your transfer information via e-mail.
What time will we be re-boarding the bus for our trip home from the ship?
It is important that our passengers understand that the cruise lines give top disembarkation priority to airline travelers and although the returning Cruise Connection motor coaches are in the port awaiting debarkation of each ship, we cannot position at the terminal prior to the departure of the airport transfer motor coaches. Since we cannot leave until our passengers are all accounted for, it is best for you to come off of the ship at your called time. This should be no later than 10:00 AM.
Are the prices quoted based upon roundtrip service?
If you go to the Rates page of this site, you can view information regarding one-way, roundtrip and group rates. All can be booked online.
How many pieces of luggage am I permitted to bring?
We request that passengers limit their luggage to
two suitcases and one small carry-on bag per person. Any passenger that has more then the allowable luggage rules, will be charged $10 per piece, for the additional pieces, payable to the driver in CASH.
Will I be able to leave my car at the pickup location?
We only have permission to pick-up or drop-off our passengers at our stop locations. We do not own the property. If you leave your vehicle overnight, the property owner has the right to tow your vehicle. It is best to have someone take you to the stop or take a taxi.
Approximately how many stops will we be making en route to my destination?
Unfortunately, there isn't a way of determining exactly how many stops you will make.
However, your arrival to the port is generally consistent.
Please use the Contact Us section to inquire about your arrival time into a
particular port.
Will I be making a breakstop en route to my destination?
Not all passengers will be making a breakstop for breakfast prior
to arrival at the cruise ship. As a general rule of thumb, passengers boarding
north of Port Charlotte or Stuart will normally make a 30 minute breakstop.
May I bring something to eat and/or drink onboard the coach?
We do not allow food nor drink onboard any of our coaches.
Passengers attempting to board with coolers and/or alcohol will be required to leave it behind.
How do I contact you if I have a problem with my connection?
Anytime our equipment is in motion to or from the ships, you can reach a live person by calling 800-226-5055, option 2. A dispatcher on duty will be happy to help you.
Do you allow smoking onboard the coach?
No. Not under any circumstances.
Does each motor coach have a restroom onboard?
Yes and it is accessible at the rear of all motorcoaches.
How far in advance must I be at my stop? Will the driver wait for me if I'm late?
We require passengers to be at their pickup location 30 minutes in advance.
The motorcoach cannot wait for stragglers and will leave at its scheduled
departure time, so it is best to be on time.
How can I make sure that I am listed on the Cruise Connection manifest for pickup?
If you make your reservation online, you can reconfirm with us directly within 48 hours of making your reservation. You can call our office, Monday thru Friday,
9 AM to 4 PM, to inquire about your reservation.

What type of vehicle will I be traveling in? Does it have a restroom?
Most of our guests enjoy transportation in full-size, late model, European motor coaches.
Because Cruise Connection is a per passenger based system, we ocassionally will operate equipment that is smaller when volume is low. Some equipment does not come equipped with a restroom. However, most of our routes operate with a 30 minute breakstop when traveling more than 3 hours.
I am in need of special assistance or a lift equipped vehicle. How do I confirm that I will be accommodated?
If you make your reservation online, you can fill out a special request form indicating your individual needs. If you make your booking elsewhere, please check with us directly one week prior to your departure and request a form for confirmation of your special request. Arrangements for special lift equipment must be made and confirmed at least 48 hours in advance of your departure.
Will you transport my oxygen concentrator and oxygen canisters for me in the luggage bay? I do not need them on board the coach; just during my cruise.
Cruise Connection will carry passengers and their portable oxygenators to their ship on board the coach. Since we are not a carrier of freight, we cannot load and carry items that require storage unrelated to a passenger's luggage. For safety reasons, we cannot carry surplus oxygen canisters.
